Integrate your telephone system with SuperOffice Sales & Marketing and SuperOffice Service and let the Phone Integration app lead you directly to the right contact card when the phone rings. 

The Phone Integration app runs on your PC and connects your phone system with SuperOffice for a smooth and efficient handling of all your calls. 

Connecting SuperOffice with the phone means:

  • You are well prepared when the customer calls enabling you to improve customer service
  • You will instantly have an overview of all previous activities on this particular customer
  • You save time. On your own behalf as well as the customer’s
  • You are able to work more efficiently

The Phone Integration app supports SuperOffice Windows, Web and Online and connects more than 100 phone systems and service providers to SuperOffice, including: 3CX, Aastra, Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya, Bria, Broadsoft, Cisco Call Manager, Lync, Mitel MiVoice and MX-One, Siemens Hipath and Hicom, OpenCom, OmniPCX, Panasonic, Phoneo, SIP phones, Skype for Business, Telenor Mobilt Bedriftsnett, Telia, Unify OpenScape and many more. Key features

Incoming calls: Incoming calls are matched against your SuperOffice database. 

  • Any number registered under the company and person in SuperOffice will give you access to the full customer overview even before the first ‘hello’. 
  • If the number is not found, add incoming numbers to persons in SuperOffice or create new contact cards
  • Auto create new phone activity
  • Record your calls and register the duration of calls as an activity in SuperOffice for a fully updated customer activity card
  • Jump to Service to see caller’s open requests and start new request instantly
  • All incoming calls are registered in the Phone Integration app, enabling you to see who called while you were out

Outgoing calls: Phone Integration enables you to call your customers directly from SuperOffice.

  • Just click the number and the call will be initiated automatically.
  • The call will be registered and logged under the right customer card on your screen
  • Click to call from a Company Card, Contact Card and a Phone activity
  • Record your calls and register the duration of calls as an activity in SuperOffice for a fully updated customer activity card 

Dependent upon your phone system you can also get dashboard reporting incl. top lists and statistics based on phone log combined with SuperOffice data.

Price information
Phone Integration is sold as a monthly subscription plan:
  • Phone Integration Package incl. 5 users; EUR 35 per month.
  • Extra users; EUR 7 per user per month
  • E-mail support is included

Payment is made by invoice, 12 months subscription.

The set-up of the app is easy and follows an automatic wizard.

To establish the link with your existing phone system may require additional help and typically what and if depend upon your phone system. We will help you and estimate a consultancy fee ranging from EUR 500 to EUR 1.500 dependent upon the system.
