Get the signature in just 3 simple steps:

1. Make your Quote
Prepare your contract or document as usual in SuperOffice.

2. Notify your customer
Start the signing process directly from SuperOffice. Your client is notified by an email with a link and invitation to start the signing process. You can keep track of the open signing process´s in SuperOffice.

3. Signing and archiving
The customer reads and signs the document online, easy and safe. Signed documents are converted into a sealed PDF (PAdES) and immediately available in SuperOffice from the Activity list

Online Signature prices include all costs for the app, hosting and signing services on a shared service basis.
*Online Signature Enterprise is for customers who want their own service or have special needs for signing. The price includes all costs for the app and hosting. Online Signature Enterprise requires an individual agreement to Signicat.

The subscription includes all costs including all fees for our digital service partners (BankID, NemID, Signicat). Optional EUR 300 sign-package includes install, configuration and a 30 minutes introduction.
