DocArc combines the familiar and flexible folder structures known from Windows File Explorer with the benefits of SuperOffice CRM Online. DocArc supports e-mails, documents, and activities and is indispensable for those who want a fast and easy overview or need a predefined folder structure.

DocArc simplifies the daily routines in SuperOffice CRM Online by archiving documents, e-mails, and activities in a folder hierarchy. Hierarchy is determined by the user or predefined by the administrator dependent on the customer category or project type.

DocArc is designed to simplify the handling of large activity volumes in SuperOffice in the Company archive or the Project archive. All documents, e-mails and activity types in SuperOffice are supported.

To the user, DocArc is perceived as a fully integrated and natural part of the SuperOffice interface that automates archiving in the correct folder, ex predefined for quotes, contracts, projects, drawings, meetings etc. Documents, e-mails or activities filed by DocArc always ends up in the right folder.
